Joey is Absolutely Horrified to Learn that Wales is Currently Losing almost £100M (One Hundred Million Pounds) Per Annum ; as a Result of Monumental Political Failure to Comprehensively Legalize (and Firmly Regulate) Commercial Sex Entities.

Incidentally , The Annual Salaries of over 1200 Local Government Councillors in Wales , (All Put Together) , amazingly only comes in at around ONE FIFTH (20%) of that Very Same (Aforementioned) Figure.

The Rest of the Generated Funds could then be Channeled into Churches , Schools , Hospitals , Local Community Projects , Education , Transport , Social Services , Jobs Creation , Healthcare Optimization , Council Tax Reductions and Personal (Individual) Empowerment Programmes (etc).

With a Garbage Collection Service efficiently taking place Twice a Week , all of the (Current) Massive , Grotesque (and Hideous) Cardiff Council Bins could then be Officially Withdrawn.

If Elected to serve as Cardiff Mayor , Joey will Personally Oversee the Red Light District (RLD) Programme or Sex Village (SV) Project Himself ; and will also be Fully Accountable (to the Electorate) for it.

He will also attempt to (Ethically) Poach Punters from The Whole of England (and Beyond) , so that Cardiff will ultimately Surpass SOHO in London ; thus making Cardiff the UK's Top Tourist Destination for All (Legal) Desires of the Flesh.
